Small town, never heard of it, but that's a good thing. North of I-16, southeast of Helllanta and east of Macon.
1.7 mil, not bad really.

can't swing that kind of money deal...
but.. i did buy a lottery ticket. so. once that gets cashed in. well, sounds like an interesting possibility.

i suspect that some groups are beginning to evaluate this purchase. i keep running possibilities around in my ole head...
so many houses that could be privately owned... i'll bet there are other properties in the area that could be bought.
there is the possibility that the group that is considering this is not a bunch of good folks.

If Mega Millions comes through for me, I'll buy it just to keep the riff-raff out! Whatever's there, it's history and would hate to see it torn apart...
