What oils are you storing?
"Not the ones with the Shell, that' motor oil"
I mean cooking oils.
What are YOU getting for rotation periods on it?

We use canola oil for what little frying we do. The Air Fryer has reduced that need. We have used 1-year past use-by date with no problems. We purchase 2- quarts; if the opened one goes rancid, the unopened one is good. We also keep a tub or two of coconut oil around. We have been transitioning to coconut for the past couple of years for the health benefits. Good shelf life and I used some a few weeks ago that had a 2017 date on it. I’m still here.

Canola
Olive (EVOO, VOO, Full)
Sunflower
Coconut
Avocado
Sesame
(I think that covers it)
I went keto last year, so I use mostly olive oil with butter to fry. I've never had an unopened container of any oil go rancid, and I try to buy smaller bottles so the oil will get used up before it can go rancid. Opened oil gets replaced at 6 months from date opened to prevent me ruining dinner!
